An ingeniously devised thriller written by Oxford’s own Lucille Fletcher and directed by John Norton. The late Lucille Fletcher was an Oxford resident and author of “Women and Children” performed at TAP in 1993.
Enjoy an entertaining afternoon or evening of mystery, murder, surprises and diversion with “Night Watch” to scare away the winter doldrums, with satisfying terror and mystification with menace and suspense until the final breath-stopping moment.
What did the fragile heiress see from the window of her Manhattan townhouse? Who are the suspects? Who makes it out alive? Meet the characters and actors that will take you on an exhilarating ride into madness and murder.
Elaine Wheeler (Nicole Millette) a haunted fragile beauty, is she slipping into madness? Her husband John (Rob Sanchez) a handsome, bold man of business. Elaine’s friend, the sophisticated and elegant Blanche Cooke (Lynn Sanchez) only wants to support her friend. The eccentric, flamboyant, energetic, and nosey next-door neighbor, Curtis Appleby (Brian McGunigle) who cannot take a hint.
Maggie(Susan Patterson) Elaine’s housemaid, is a strong woman who knows her mind. Police Lieutenant Walker (Art Wolfe) is over-worked and under paid, and he has neither the time nor the patience for wasting his time. The world-renown psychiatrist, Dr. Tracey Lake (Maggie Garey) an expert in insomnia is hired to help Elaine confront the fears that keep her awake at night. Officer Vanelli (Erik Murray) a lowly beat cop with a sharp eye for high art, and Sam Hoke (Richard Smith) the neighborhood delicatessen owner, famous for making the worst potato salad in the city.
