Profits from this event will support AAUW’s Education Foundation. Founded in 1881, AAUW has been an influential, respected voice in the Halls of Congress and statehouses for over a hundred years. Today, AAUW is also an international advocate for women’s rights. AAUW supports hundreds of educational, community, and research projects and grants. In over 1,000 branches across the US, women unite at the grassroots level to help others. When we help women, we help everyone in that family and that community. In 2018, AAUW’s Easton, Maryland branch will celebrate sixty years of advancing the position of women on the Easton Shore.
