Midshore Riverkeeper Conservancy (MRC) will host an open house on May 6 from 5-7 pm during First Friday Gallery Walk in downtown Easton. Drinks and snacks will be provided. MRC staff will be available to talk about the recently released 2015 State of the Rivers Report Card and the conservancy’s widespread work in the region and across the state. Midshore rivers are our most precious natural resource. Whether you live on or near a river, admire our beautiful views, or enjoy endless outdoor recreation, local waterways are the heart of our region. Learn about MRC’s many initiatives and activities, and how you can support their mission to restore and preserve the health of Midshore rivers. Projects focus on advocacy, pollution-reducing installations, education, outreach, and more.
