There were two highlights from this week’s Talbot County Council meeting to share with Spy viewers. The first is a brief discussion of plans for an extended community conversation about race and the role it plays in Talbot County. Rabbi Peter E. Hyman and Bishop Joel Marcus Johnson update the Council on upcoming events and social festivities which are planned for the next several months and their objectives with the project.
The second concerns a presentation by Matthew Pluta with the Midshore Riverkeeper Conservancy on their Clean Water Signage Initiative. He is joined by Ray Clarke, County
Engineer, in discussing the project and Talbot County’s potential role.
