The Talbot Family Network (TFN) is pleased to release a Request for Proposal for the FY 15 Community Partnership Agreement funding. This RFP reflects the work of the Talbot Family Network Board of Directors and the Strategic Planning Sub-Committees and addresses the cur-rent needs of Talbot County children and families.
Indicator areas eligible for funding under this RFP include: Substance Abuse, Mental Health, Bullying, Hunger, Nutrition and Youth Obesity. Talbot Family Network is seeking proposals from community groups, agencies, organizations and vendors to implement the Strategies iden-tified to help impact these Key Indicator areas.
