Project Rewind-Talbot County: Bailey Goss, television and radio sports announcer, was the speaker at the Microphone at Easton’s Little League banquet. Goss graduated from Albright College in 1935 and began radio announcing in Reading, PA. In 1942 he began broadcasting exclusively for events sponsored by Baltimore’s National Brewery Company. The events included Baltimore baseball and Baltimore Colts games, bowling, wrestling and golf. Bailey Goss tragically died in a car accident May of 1962 at the age of 49!
