On April 5, Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office, acting on a citizen tip, located a wanted person at a local hotel chain.
Brooke Treasure Cummings, 31 of Tilghman, MD had an outstanding warrant for failing to pay restitution in Talbot County, MD. When Deputies located Cummings, she was in the company of Tresa Lynn Nichols, 45 of Tilghman, MD and they were found in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. Cummings was also found in possession of a large amount of currency which was seized and will be processed for forfeiture. Cummings was charged with possession of marijuana and 2 counts of paraphernalia. After processing, Cummings was taken before a District Court Commissioner and ordered held on a $6,000.00 bond. Nichols was issued a criminal citation for possession of marijuana and released upon her signature on the citation.
On April 7, Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office arrested Ryan Lee Bosley, 29 of Easton, MD at his residence on an outstanding warrant issued by the Circuit Court for Talbot County.
Upon his arrest, Bosley was found to be in possession of heroin and paraphernalia commonly used to inject heroin into the body. Bosley was placed under arrest and charged with possession of heroin and paraphernalia. Bosley was processed and taken before a District Court Commissioner who ordered him held at the Talbot County Detention Center pending a bond review.
