The Working Artist Forum Group (WAF) will have an exhibit entitled “A Brush with Summer” at the A.M. Gravely Gallery in St. Michaels between June 2 and July 31. There will be receptions open to the public, as part of the Second Saturday Art Walk in St. Michaels, on June 10, 5 to 7pm and July 8, 5 to 7pm.
The Working Artist Forum started in 1979 and became a nonprofit in 1991. It is an organization of 90 professional working artists exhibiting individually and as a group. WAF also donates funds and mentorship to students in the Talbot, Kent, Caroline, Queen Anne, and Dorchester county schools to promote the visual arts.
