Voters in St. Michaels turned out in modest numbers on May 4, 2026, to decide two seats on the town’s five-member Commission, with terms running through June 2030. Of the town’s 869 registered voters, 115 cast ballots—including absentee votes—resulting in a turnout of 13.23 percent.
Katrina “Kat” Whittington led the field with 112 votes, followed by Craig Schury with 104, securing both seats. The newly elected Commissioners are scheduled to be sworn in on June 10, 2026.
