The Easton Prayer Breakfast for 2026 continues the 43-year tradition of bringing us together to invoke God’s help and blessing on the leaders of our town and county, as well as all those who serve our community
The Master of Ceremonies is Sheriff Joe Gamble. The program starts and ends with the amazing voice of Deputy John Coleman. There will be a catered buffet breakfast.
Scripture readings and prayers will be offered by laymen and clergy from a number of different congregations in Easton.
Pastor Nevin Crouse will be the featured speaker. A retired Elder in the Church of the Nazarene, he spent 44 years in Pastoral Ministry. Pastor Crouse served as Chaplain of the Easton Volunteer Fire Department for 27 years while also volunteering as a chaplain at the Easton Hospital. Following his retirement from pastoral ministry, Rev. Crouse served eleven years as Chaplain of Easton Hospice. On May 26,2026 Rev. Crouse celebrated his 97th birthday.
Persons from all walks of life, those in leadership, service, business, education, the professions and all who desire to strengthen the spiritual life and moral fiber of their communities come together in these breakfasts.
Tickets are $20 and can be purchased from Committee members or the Dairy Queen on Rt 50.

The Easton Prayer Breakfast will be held at the Easton VFD, 35 Leonard Rieck Drive, Easton on Thursday October 15, 2026.
I would like to request that clergy and/or lay leaders from the Unitarian Universalist, Jewish and Muslim communities be invited to speak, in addition to Christian speakers. There are many who want to strengthen the spiritual life of Talbot County.
