Troika Gallery in historic downtown Easton is delighted to present Matt Zoll: Classic New Works, an exquisite collection by nationally acclaimed still-life realist Matt Zoll. The exhibition opens October 2, 2026, at 5 p.m., with a celebratory First Friday reception.
For more than three decades, Matt Zoll has devoted his life to the mastery of classical painting. A graduate of the renowned Schuler School of Fine Arts, Zoll immersed himself in the traditions and techniques of the Flemish masters, bringing their extraordinary discipline, richness, and luminosity into his own contemporary work.
His paintings are distinguished by an exceptional depth of color and an almost jewel-like clarity. Zoll creates his works using hand-ground oil pigments and a rare handmade painting medium, resulting in a sumptuous luster, luminous surfaces, and an extraordinary vibrancy that invite the viewer to linger over every exquisite detail.
Over the course of his distinguished career, Zoll has presented numerous sold-out one-man exhibitions, earning a devoted following of collectors and admirers. His work is currently exhibited exclusively at Troika Gallery.
In addition to his distinguished career as an artist, Zoll is the director of the Zoll Studio School of Fine Art in Timonium, Maryland, where he continues the tradition of classical fine-art instruction and shares his knowledge of time-honored painting techniques with the next generation of artists.
