ACME Reusable Bag Program Benefits Talbot Hospice

March 29, 2020 by Talbot Hospice

Share

Throughout the month of April, Talbot Hospice will receive $1 for every $3 ACME reusable bag purchased at the Easton location.

The ACME GIVE BACK WHERE IT COUNTS Reusable Bag Program, launched in August 2019, facilitates community support with the goal to make a difference in the communities where shoppers live and work. Talbot Hospice was selected as the April beneficiary of the program by store leadership at the ACME Easton location.

If you need to venture out for groceries and other essentials at some point, consider shopping at ACME and supporting Talbot Hospice through the purchase of a handy, reusable bag.

“Talbot Hospice is still out there in the community during this global health crisis giving exceptional, compassionate care to individuals in their private homes, facilities, and in our Hospice House,” said Mia Cranford, Talbot Hospice Director of Development.  “We help anyone in the community regardless of their ability to pay. It is through the generosity of partners like ACME we are able to be there for our neighbors. The ACME bag program is one small way individuals can get involved and help make a difference.”

Founded in 1981, Talbot Hospice is the premier resource for hospice, palliative care, and grief support services in Talbot County. Talbot Hospice was named the 2019 Outstanding Nonprofit by the Talbot County Chamber of Commerce and won What’s Up Eastern Shore Magazine’s Reader Poll for Best Hospice Care for the past three years.
