Friday Aug 2 Bay Hundred Senior Center 9:30 am Stretch Class with Susan Irwin – Improves flexibility by stretching all major muscle groups. May be performed standing, seated on the floor or lying on a mat.

Tuesday Aug 6 Bay Hundred Senior Center Chair Yoga with Sara Robbins – Yoga that improves range of motion for those who cannot comfortably go to the floor. Gentle poses are performed by either sitting in or standing next to a chair.
