Friday July 12

Friday July 12 Bay Hundred Senior Center 8:30 am – Creative Collages w/Abby Ober- Unleash your creativity by creating compositions with painted and torn papers, magazines and newspaper. Materials included, $10 fee/class.

Friday July 12 Bay Hundred Senior Center 9:30 am– Stretch Class with Susan Irwin – Improves flexibility by stretching all major muscle groups. May be performed standing, seated on the floor or lying on a mat.

Friday July 12 Bay Hundred Senior Center 11:00 am& 1:00 pm – Cards & Games – Play pinochle, bridge, dominoes or other games.

Monday July 15

Monday July 15, Bay Hundred Senior Center 9:30 am – Water Color Class with Abby Ober – Explore the fundamentals of watercolor painting, including color mixing and composition. Materials included, $10 fee/class.

Monday July 15, Bay Hundred Senior Center 10:45 am – Steady & Strong with Janet Pfeffer – Designed for older adults looking to develop better balance and enhance strength for daily living. No floor work, all exercises are done seated in or around a chair.

Monday July 15, Bay Hundred Senior Center 11:00 – 12:00 pm & 1:00 – 3:00 pm – Cards & Games – Play pinochle, bridge, dominoes or other games

Tuesday July 16

Tuesday July 16 Bay Hundred Senior Center at 9:00 am– Chair Yoga with Sara Robbins – Yoga that improves range of motion for those who cannot comfortably go to the floor. Gentle poses are performed by either sitting in or standing next to a chair.

Tuesday July 16 Bay Hundred Senior Center 11:00 – 12:00 pm & 1:00 pm – Cards & Games – Play pinochle, bridge, dominoes or other games.

Tuesday July 16 Bay Hundred Senior Center 11:00 am – 12:00 pm – Basketball Games with Alex Smith –Join in for casual basket shooting games.

Tuesday July 16 Bay Hundred Senior Center 1:30 pm – Crochet & Knitting with Katie Cooper–Learn to crochet or knit, or bring your needlework project and join in.
