During the month of June, St. Michaels artist Ann Farley will be exhibiting in the gallery at the St. Michaels Library. Ann‘s paper creations of bright colors and fun shapes are all individually cut by hand. Three-dimensional works of sailboats and tropical drinks will be showcased along with bold graphic designs of local landmarks. Come take a stroll through the gallery as you enjoy fun depictions of local sights and icons — arranged like a “walking tour” of St. Michaels.
Ann’s colorful images have proven so popular that she now offers high-quality prints and gift items such as coasters, glass cutting boards, necklaces, greeting cards, and magnets. These make great gifts for all who love the Chesapeake Bay!
As we kick off the summer season on the Shore, Ann looks forward to sharing her playful artwork with you. You can find her work at Candleberry Gallery in St. Michaels, The Green Phoenix and Le Hatchery in Easton, RiverArts Gift Shop and Tracy’s Smoothie Place in Chestertown, and Dorchester Center for the Arts Gift Shop in Cambridge, For more information or special requests, contact Ann at 410-253-0967 or [email protected].
