Troika Gallery, offering “The Finest of Fine Art” in historic downtown Easton since 1997, is the longest operating art gallery on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. The cordial atmosphere found in this sophisticated but friendly art gallery and working studio has created loyal followers and patrons. Professional artist and owner Laura Era and gallery manager Peg Fitzgerald are there to welcome and guide your artistic journey.

Over 30 regional, national, and international artists are featured at Troika Gallery. Original works are done in oil, watercolor, pastel, bronze, acrylic, pencil, porcelain and clay by renowned artists with new work continually being refreshed. Whether you are an art collector, art lover, or an art browser, you will always enjoy a unique experience at the gallery.

A visit to the studio side of Troika Gallery uncovers samples of commissioned portraits painted by Laura Era and former co-owner Jennifer Heyd Wharton. Both artists are members of the Portrait Society of America. Their expertise captures the essence of personality. Stop by any time to ask questions about the portrait process and view previous work.

Exceptional art framing is also available at the gallery. Troika has an extensive collection of high-quality frames on display. Bring your artwork to the gallery to be framed and try out various mouldings to create the perfect finish. Peg and Laura are happy to assist in finding the right style using their eye and experience in displaying beautiful art.

Starting July 3, Troika Gallery presents a new and exciting judged competition called Fabulous Forgeries. Select artists were invited to copy one or two works of art from masters that died before 1920. The CEO and Director of The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Dr. Dan Weiss, will be the judge for this special exhibit. Award categories for the competition include Most Believable, Most Creative, Judge’s Choice, and People’s Choice. You don’t want to miss this unique summer exhibit in downtown Easton’s finest gallery.
