Four incumbents and two challengers for Talbot County Council gathered at the County’s Agriculture and Education Center last night for a spirited discussion of county issues including local property taxes, absentee property owners, short-term rentals and the recent increase in local school funding.
Current office holders Chuck Callahan, Corey Pack, Laura Price and Jennifer Williams as well as challengers Frank Divilio and Lisa Marie Ghezzi made their case to a full house of GOP faithful to be one of the five elected on June 26th to advance to the November general election.
The Spy was there to hear each candidates opening statement and their responses to questions submitted by the audience.
