For All Seasons is excited to announce the appointment of six new board members. According to President and CEO Beth Anne Dorman, “These individuals bring such a range of relevant work and civic experiences to our board. Alexa C. Seip has corporate finance experience, having worked at Charles Schwab & Co. and Shearson Lehman. She has served on the board of Darrow School in New Lebanon, NY, was Chair of the Board of Wye River Upper School in Centreville, and was a trustee with Battered Women’s Alternatives in Contra Costa County, CA. She has been a volunteer at the Neighborhood Service Center in Easton.
Alison F. Davis, PhD, President, WordScience, LLC in Centreville, is currently a freelance science writer/editor. She most recently worked with the National Institutes of Health and Brigham and Women’s Hospital. She is president of Pioneer Point LLC (homeowner’s association) and is a member of the Queen Anne’s County Broadband Advisory Committee. Previously she served as chair of the Queen Anne’s County Social Services Board and as a member of the Queen Anne’s County Communication Committee.
Andrew Moon, PsyD, is currently Senior Advisor, Engagement, Partnership, & Education at the Department of Defense, Defense Suicide Prevention Office and Associate Director, Education & Training for Veteran Affairs, Suicide Prevention Program. Before these positions, he worked as a clinical psychologist with the Peace Corps.
Linda Ewing Booze has 30 years of experience in healthcare finance and billing, having worked for 14 Clinics in Maryland and Delaware and a centralized Billing and Collections office. She is currently the Director of Operations and Finance at Tidewater Physical Therapy. She is also the founder of The Christopher Foundation for Life, Inc.
Ronald L. Frampton of Tilghman Island has held various leadership positions at the local, statewide, and national levels. He served as Magistrate (criminal and traffic court), Chairman of the Maryland Property Tax Assessment Appeals Board, and Chairman of the Agricultural Land Easement Arbitration Panel. Currently, he serves on the District Appeal Board for the State of Maryland, U.S. Selective Service System, and is Chairman of the U.S. Selective Service System Board (Talbot, Dorchester, Wicomico, Worcester, and Somerset Counties). He served in the U.S. Army. He represented military veterans and their families before the Board of Veterans Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims pro bono. He is a Certified Lay Speaker and Certified Lay Servant with the Tilghman United Methodist Church, Vice Chairman/Acting Chairman of the Talbot County Economic Development Commission, and a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Aguayuda, Inc.
Dr. Sharon Pepukayi is currently the Superintendent of Talbot County Public Schools. Before this appointment, she was Assistant Superintendent of the Appoquinimink School District in Middletown, DE. One of her achievements included two elementary schools earning U.S. Department of Education recognition by consecutively receiving the National Blue Ribbon Award for Academic Excellence. She is a Charter Member, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Middletown, DE Alumnae Chapter, and a member of the Easton Rotary.
