I have several friends who live in this in-town neighborhood and they love its proximity to Easton Parkway, Easton Middle School, the YMCA, Idlewild Park and downtown. The fenced rear yard has mature trees, a children’s play area and a large pool with a brick surround that expands to create a terrace with a dining area. The deck at the rear of the house has a retractable awing for shade and areas for seating and dining. Two sets of steps from the deck creates easy access both to the pool and the outdoor grille. The perfect “outdoor room” for family fun.
