Attention, there is another virus as dangerous as the COVID. It does not come from Wuhan, but Mar-a-Lago, and ultimately destroys the common sense of those who get it.
If you want an example, check Andrew Harris; he is getting more and more deranged since he got it. It started in January when he tried to carry a gun inside the House Chamber. At the time, people found it strange. He was supposedly a nice guy. Why was he trying to bully his peers? Later in February, he surprised everyone publicly proposing that Biden’s administration should immediately use vaccines reserved for second doses. Appalling. How was it possible that Harris, a congressman, and a doctor, was not aware that Biden’s administration was making available vaccines for the first, second, and even third doses if necessary?
When March started, it got worse. At the beginning of the month, he published an article misrepresenting gun-laws approved by Congress. Ludicrous. He wrote that the FBI background check expansion from three to ten days was aimed at making it difficult for folks to lend guns to hunting buddies. A continuous loss of touch with reality was later aggravated when Harris joined eleven Congress members – all of them also infected by the Mar-a-Lago virus – opposing the awarding of Gold Medals for the police who protected their lives from the rioters. And at the same time, he was trying to undermine his party by tainting Governor Hogan’s image, probably under the delusion that with his Mar-a-Lago buddies’ support, he could become Governor of a state with a Democrat majority.
Those facts add credibility to rumors that, if his insanity continues, he might be persuaded to minimize Government’s interference in the economy by entirely zeroing subsidies and transfers to rural producers. And this, without mentioning his advisor’s main concern: a bill consistent with his anti-abortion beliefs, making it unlawful for any man to get a woman pregnant without her previous written consent.
