Following the arrival of the COVID-19 Coronavirus in Maryland, we feel the need to check in with our customers. We are hopeful that COVID-19 will not cause any interruption to our regular market and café but thought it wise to contact you due to the uniqueness of this situation. We are taking measures to ensure the health and safety of our employees, guests and community.
We are paying close attention to the CDC’s guidelines to actively monitor the situation and ensure we are operating safely. Our kitchen and cafés will remain open and we are taking extra care with deep cleaning. Our team will continue to regularly sanitize surfaces, door handles, and our iPad registers. In line with the County, State, and Federal recommendations that people stay home if they are sick during this time, we are requesting that guests not come into the market or café if they have flu-like or respiratory symptoms. We will also encourage our guests to use non-cash payments to eliminate hygiene concerns with the handling of bills and coins.
