Chesapeake Neighbors is seeking tenants ready to move into a new two- or three-bedroom apartment at The Residences at Port Street in Easton. From September 3 to September 20, interested applicants can enter the lottery to rent one of the nine available units near downtown Easton. The Residences at Port Street will see tenants moving in by December 2024.
To be eligible to enter the lottery, you must:
-
Be at least 18 years of age.
-
Applicants must have a gross family income between $46,000-$67,000.
-
A credit score of 580+
How Does The Lottery Work?
To ensure a fair selection process, Chesapeake Neighbors will randomly draw names from the pool of lottery entries. Applicants must enter the lottery between September 3 and September 20. Entering the lottery is not a formal application, and only one entry per applicant will be considered. Priority will be given to applicants from the five counties surrounding Port Street who meet the eligibility criteria, highlighting our commitment to serving the local community.
Chesapeake Neighbors will contact the selected future tenants to begin the official application process. If a selected applicant does not meet the necessary qualifications or fails the background check, another name will be drawn from the lottery pool.
