University of Maryland Shore Regional Health has appointed Chris Di Fatta as its new director of Materials Management, which is part of the Supply Chain Department at University of Maryland Medical System.
A graduate of Salisbury University, Di Fatta recently earned Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. Most recently, he served as the materials manager at UM Shore Medical Center at Chestertown.
“Mr. Di Fatta brings a wealth of experience and leadership to this new role,” remarks JoAnne Hahey, regional senior vice president of finance and Chief Financial Officer, UM Shore Regional Health. “His diverse health care background and proven track record as a thinker and problem solver make him a tremendous asset to UM Shore Regional Health and UMMS, our team members and most importantly, to the patients we serve.”
