I’d like to introduce myself. My name is Jackson and I’m one handsome dude, if I do say so myself! I have a gorgeous, soft coat and am so very friendly with everyone I meet. When you see me at the shelter I may seem a bit frantic – jumping all over my kennel. But that’s just me saying “please take me out”. Once you come in the kennel and meet me and take me to the play yard, I’m very quiet, will sit on command and try to do anything I can to please you. Actually I’m a bit timid but am learning to trust people again. And I sure could use some more groceries – my poor ribs are sticking out and that isn’t too attractive. Of course, here at the shelter, I’m getting all the groceries I can eat, plus lots of love and attention but it would make me so happy to have my own home and family. So please come out and meet me and we can all be happy together!
