Bountiful Interiors has announced the 2018 dates for its annual “Once in a Blue Moon” sale. The sale will take place August 18th and 19th from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Bountiful Interiors, located at 218 N Washington St in Easton, Maryland. This year, Bountiful will have three large tents outside the store with a huge selection of overstocks, floor samples, and end-of-season items. The sale will also feature items that shoppers aren’t usually able to buy, such as flooring remnants, bolts of upholstery and home fabrics, and other fun surprises. Everything in the tents will be 50% off.
The sale has become a Talbot County tradition, drawing hundreds of people to downtown Easton. “This is one of the hottest sales we do all year, so it’s appropriate that we hold it in August!” said Jamie Merida, owner of Bountiful Interiors. “People are ready to pounce as soon as the sale opens. You definitely want to arrive early to get the best stuff!”
The sale has expanded in recent years to include everything inside the store as well, with items discounted at various levels. Merida begins sourcing new items for the sale in June. New inventory arrives from suppliers all over the world in the months leading up to the sale, but the items aren’t put on the floor until the day the sale begins.
“One of the things that’s so fun about this sale is that we include a lot of unique and one-of-a-kind items,” said Merida. “You never know what you’ll find at the Blue Moon sale!”
Bountiful Flooring, which is also located in the Talbot Towne Shopping Centre, is also participating in the sale. It will be offering carpet and tile remnants at 50% off.
