SMAL Invites You to Summer “Arty Party”!

June 27, 2019 by St. Michaels Art League

George Hamilton

If you drive or walk down Talbot St. in St. Michaels on any weekend, you may have noticed various artists painting on the porch of the former A.M. Gravely Gallery in St. Michaels.

Due to the generosity of the owner of the former A.M. Gravely Gallery, the league has been using the space this summer to feature artwork by SMAL members. The changing exhibit features up to ten artists every weekend. Various mediums are represented with an emphasis on local scenery and subjects. Artwork is for sale.

To celebrate our good fortune, the League invites the public to a reception on July 5th from 5-7:30 pm to meet the artists. Light refreshments will be provided.

The former Gravely Gallery is located at 408 S. Talbot St. in St. Michaels. Regular exhibit hours are 10am-4pm on Saturdays and 12-4pm on Sundays this summer.
