Spying on Talbot: County Responds to Open Meeting Complaint by NAACP

As part of the aftermath of the Talbot County Council’s decision to keep the Confederate Veterans Memorial, a.k.a. The Talbot Boys, on the County Courthouse lawn, the local chapter of the NAACP filed a complaint charging that the Council was in violation of Maryland’s “Open Meeting” regulations. In this clip from Wednesday’s Council meeting, County Attorney Michael Pullen responds to the complaint with the attached documents.
