1961 EHS Yearbook Ad: “When I tell people that we used to go to Windy’s after Jr Class Play practice they assume I mean Wendy’s. Windy’s was owned by Mr. Windmiller and had great fast food before Easton had the big fast food chains. Hardees came to Route 50 in 1973 and McDonalds in 1974. I think you could gain 5 pounds in Windy’s parking lot just inhaling the vapors.” Submitted by S. Michael Mielke
