Beautiful late 1800s Talbot Historical Society Laird Wise copy photo of the Robert Morris Inn in Oxford, Maryland! Part of it was built before 1710 and in 1730 it was bought by an English trading company as a home for their trading representative, Robert Morris. He was the father of Robert Morris, Jr. the financier of the American Revolution! Facts: “ Oxford Treasures Then and Now” by Douglas Hanks, Jr. with the Oxford Museum 1999.
