This Talbot Historical Society H. Robins Hollyday Collection photo is not dated and the men holding the beautiful striped bass are also not identified? Can you help identify them? The striped bass minimum is 19 “ and the maximum 24” in Maryland at this time. At least 3 of the Rockfish appear to be way over that length proving the picture was taken at a time when the Chesapeake Bay Striped Bass were thriving better than at the present time.
