Here is your revised text formatted as a clean, professional press release, with no bullet points or bolding:

A historic Odd Fellows lodge, located on Fremont Street in St. Michaels, is now home to the Blue Crab, a coffee shop owned by the Bāgery. In addition to coffee, the Blue Crab offers a breakfast and lunch menu featuring organic bread products made from scratch in Easton at the Bāgery. These locally crafted organic products include bagels, english muffins, pastries, sandwich breads, quiche shells, and more.

Bāgery-lovers will recognize several familiar menu items now available at the Blue Crab, alongside new offerings such as breakfast burritos, crab, asparagus, and feta quiche, crab cakes, and shrimp salad. Open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., the Blue Crab is committed to serving high-quality food and coffee within a historic setting.

Inside, the walls are curated by the St. Michaels Art League and showcase paintings and photographs by local artists. Most of the artwork is available for sale.

The building itself carries deep historical roots. The former lodge, titled “Freedom’s Friend Lodge No. 1024,” was granted permission to open on September 11, 1865, nearly four months after the end of the Civil War. The lodge’s title was likely inspired by the great hope and faith that the end of slavery evoked from the founders of the lodge, many of whom were Civil War veterans for the Union Army, according to the Archives of Maryland.

Freedom’s Friend Lodge No. 1024 is the oldest-standing Odd Fellows lodge in Maryland and one of the oldest in the country.

The Blue Crab is located at 102 South Fremont Street, St. Michaels, Maryland 21663. It is open every day from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. For more information, visit thebluecrab.com or contact management at [email protected].

Sounds delicious. Can “The Spy” enlighten me as to the status of the closed Harbourtowne Golf Resort. Closed since 2014.

      According to Golfpass

“Harbourtowne Resort Country Club (St. Michaels, MD) has remained closed since 2014. According to multiple sources, the course was shut down and effectively replaced by a new facility known as Links at Perry Cabin, which opened around 2018. GolfPass notes that Harbourtowne “is closed for business” and indicates its replacement by Links at Perry Cabin Harbourtowne itself is defunct, with no current operations or planned reopening.”
