Thrift, Bosley 2019 Men’s Member Guest Champions


Garrett Thrift and Matt Bosley are the 2019 Talbot Country Club (TCC) Men’s Member Guest Tournament Champions. Thrift and Bosley defeated Ned McDonald and Matt Brooks during the final shootout on the 18th hole on Saturday, June 22nd.

The 2019 Men’s Member Guest Tournament welcomed sixty two-man teams who played five nine-hole matches in ten flights of six. The ten flight champions advanced to a four-hole, alternate shot shootout to determine the overall champions.

2019 Flight Winners were: Garrett Thrift and Matt Bosley, Ned McDonald and Matt Brooks, Brad Mouly and Kyle Wienecke, Tuck Nason and Ray Seemiller, Jeremiah Clark and Justin Burtch, Jesse Hicks and BJ Dunne, Alex Fritzsche and Trip Burch, Ken Mann and Tim Keffer, Ron Flohr and Albert Pritchett, and Eddie Mangold and Fred Chalmers.

2019 Men’s Member Guest Tournament Chair was Brad Mouly.

“Our 2019 event was our best Men’s Member Guest Tournament on record,” said TCC Head Golf Professional, Marc Kimminau. “We saw some great golf on the Course that culminated in an exciting shootout. Congratulations to all the flight winners and our champions. Thank you to Men’s Member Guest Committee and the entire TCC team for their hard work on the Course and in the Clubhouse to host an exceptional event for our members and their guests.”
