Read to a Certified Therapy Dog at Easton Library

On Mondays, June 18, July 16, and August 20, at 11:00 a.m. the Easton Branch of the Talbot County Free Library will host Janet Dicky and her therapy dog Latte for reading time. Children 5 and older are invited to bring their own book or choose one from the library’s shelves to read to Latte.  All library programs are free and open to the public. Easton Library Book Discussion: “Our Lady of the Lost and Found”

On Monday, June 18, at 6:30 p.m. in the Easton Branch of the Talbot County Free Library, the Easton Book Group will host a discussion of award-winning author Diane Schoemperlen’s “Our Lady of the Lost and Found.”  All library programs are free and open to the public. Easton Library to Offer Story Time

On Tuesdays, June 19-26 and July 10-31, at 10:00 a.m. and repeating at 11:00 a.m. the Easton Branch of the Talbot County Free Library will offer a story time program for children 5 and under accompanied by an adult. Easton Library to Hold Afternoon Chess Academy

On Tuesdays, June 19, July 3 & 17, and August 7 & 21, from 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. the Easton Branch of the Talbot County Free Library will once again offer its popular Afternoon Chess Academy, for ages 6 – 16.  Snacks will be provided.  All library programs are free and open to the public but patrons are required to pre-register for this program. Easton Library to Host Giant Walk-on Map of Maryland

On Thursday, June 21, at 2:30 p.m. the Easton Branch of the Talbot County Free Library invites children 6 and older to come in and take a walk on the great state of Maryland!  All participants in the Giant Walk-on Map program must wear socks.  All library programs are free and open to the public.
