On Monday, October 22, from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., the Easton branch of the Talbot County Free Library, as part of its Financial Literacy series, will present a program that will help you create a budget and save money, no matter what your age. The staff of Shore United Bank and Talbot Library will explain the many free resources available to help you plan for the financial transitions and challenges of your life.
