Washington College’s Religion, Politics and Culture will be presenting three public lectures this fall. They include:
Monday Oct 18, Professor David Corey, Baylor University, for an address titled “The Nature of Musical Beauty, and Why it Matters.” In Litrena Room of the Toll Science Center on the Washington College campus at 7:30pm.
November 12th, SOHRAB AHMARI, award-winning author of the book The Unbroken Thread: Discovering the Wisdom of Tradition in an Age of Chaos. His address is titled “THE WISDOM OF TRADITION.” Hynson Room of Hodson Hall, Washington College at 6:30 p.m.
December 3 Wilfred “Bill” McClay, Professor of History, Hillsdale College and author of the major work, Land of Hope: An Invitation to the Great American Story. His address is titled “Is the American Hour Passing?” Venue to be determined.
