The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company supported the Talbot County Public Schools Education Foundation’s first fundraising event “Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader?” as a Team Sponsor for Easton Elementary School.
The fundraiser was held on May 3 in the Talbot County Auditorium at Easton High School. Six teams of 5th graders from TCPS Elementary Schools tested their knowledge and skills, answering questions from a broad range of categories. Each team also included a celebrity guest from the sponsoring organization or school community. All proceeds benefited the Education Foundation’s 2020 Fund Grants Program.
