Wittman resident Bob Luff is responsible. Luff was the Chief Technology Officer who, with his R& D team, invented the Nielsen Ratings Box. He will explain the how and why of TV ratings and other fun TV viewing facts at a “Y Talks” presentation Friday, Feb. 21st, 7:30 pm, at the YMCA in Easton. RSVP: 410-822-0566.
