Easter sunrise service takes place along the Miles River on Sunday, April 8 from the historic Tolchester Beach Bandstand at the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum (CBMM) in St. Michaels, MD.
The service is scheduled to begin at 6am and is free and open to the public. Officiating the service are the Rev. Mark Nestlehutt, Christ Church, St. Michaels Parish; the Rev. Emanuel Johnson, Union United Methodist Church; and the Rev. Sam Hale, St. Luke’s United Methodist Church. Coordinated and led by St. Michaels area churches, the service has taken place at the waterfront museum for more than ten years.
