Photographer David Harp, right, addresses Washington College’s Chesapeake Semester students along with the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum’s (CBMM) Center for Chesapeake Studies Director Robert Forloney, left, at the museum’s A Rising Tide in the Heart of the Chesapeake exhibit which features Harp’s work.
The students were at CBMM on Monday as part of a two-day orientation session, which also included an overnight in CBMM’s 1879 Hooper Strait Lighthouse, trotlining in Tilghman with Captain Russell Dize and a ride aboard the skipjack Rebecca T. Ruark with Captain Wade Murphy. More info can be found at www.cbmm.org or www.washcoll.edu.
