On Monday, December 17, at 3:00 p.m., the Easton branch of the Talbot County Free Library will once again offer its popular Stitching Time program. Patrons are invited to join a group and work on their needlecraft projects. Limited instruction will be available for beginners. All library programs are free and open to the public.
