The St. Michaels Art League is launching a new partnership with the St. Michaels Community Center beginning in March to sponsor beginning art classes for adults.
The Art League aims to expand opportunities for local residents who are interested in drawing but who have not had previous training or experience. The classes, which will be held at the St. Michaels Community Center, 10 Railroad Avenue, St. Michaels, are open to the public. The classes will be presented in 4 week sessions.
The first class, “Beginning Drawing,” will start on Tuesday, Feb. 26 and run for the following Tuesdays until March 19, 2013. Class hours are 9:30 a.m. until 12 noon.
