Neoma Rohman will be the guest speaker at the noon December 9 meeting of Talbot Association of Clergy and Laity (TACL) in Temple B’nai Israel at 101 West Earle Avenue, opposite Shore Health Systems emergency room entrance.
Rohman, director of the newly formed Mid-Shore Food System Coalition, will speak on the new “EventsInTalbot.com” initiatative, an online community events calendar that compiles all Talbot County events into an easy to use web format. The calendar has been created to coordinate event scheduling, enhance individual event visibility, and support the local community via cooperation and coordination of promotional efforts.
Rohman is a community resilience & sustainability consultant whose mission is to build and strengthen the community and its authenticity by channeling efforts to effect positive change and enhance quality of life.
TACL, now in its 51st year, is Talbot County’s interfaith organization promoting its spiritual welfare through works of compassion, justice, peace and reconciliation for the common good.
