In today’s Washington Post, we found an interesting analysis of the 1st Congressional District and the fate of incumbent Andy Harris as Maryland begins the process of redistricting the state.
“Ten years ago, as Maryland Democrats sat down to redraw the state’s eight congressional districts, they considered making Republican members of Congress go extinct.
Now, ahead of a new round of redistricting, Harris is fundraising off the possibility that he could be Democrats’ next — and last — Republican target. “Democrats are trying to REDRAW my congressional district to DEFEAT ME,” he claimed in a recent campaign mailer.”

Poor Andy gets so confused. While everyone is running in one direction, Andy trots off in the other. While most of us abhor people like Judge Roy Moore, Andy decides to support him financially for his run for the senate. Andy has also been found to supplying financial support to other fringe actors like Majorie Taylor Greene. Earlier this year he got caught trying to sneak a gun into Congress and may still be under investigation for that crime. His latest dumb move has him voting against honoring the very police department that saved him and others lives on January 6th.
We really deserve better representation than this fool, it is well past his expiration date!

He’s a promoter of the “Big Lie” and deserves to lose by one means or another. Republicans like him we don’t need. And I say this as a life-long Republican.
