“A Fair on Fremont”

This community function on Freemont, hopes to gather residents and visitors to celebrate the changing of the seasons. We have invited many of our Talbot county non-profits, street vendors, restaurants & retailers to take part in this event.
There will be music, family activities, games, local street vendors & a beer garden.
Saint Michaels businesses and residents are coming together to celebrate our town. Good old fashion small town fun for all to enjoy. Fremont Street will be transformed into a giant town block party brimming with all kinds of fun stuff to do. Come out to enjoy a day of good old fashion small town fun.
Music from The Soulful Tones Band, Kenny Knopp, Uncle Ward, Kenny Haddaway, Emma Myers & Kelsey Abbott for your listening and dancing enjoyment.
A few of the non-profit organizations in attendance: Destination Imagination, Talbot Humane Society, Phillips Warf Environmental Center, SMYLE, DARE Program, Talbot Partnership, YMCA, Talbot Mentors and Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library.
A Beer Garden for your enjoyment along with food to enjoy. Town Dock, Marcoritaville Bar & Grill & Sam’s Pizzeria restaurant will be there dishing up a wide selection of delicious food such as oysters, sausage and peppers, turkey legs, pulled pork sandwiches, hot dogs & hamburgers. Justine’s Ice Cream and the Bakery Girl will have dessert.
There will be attractions for everyone. Cascading Carlos will amaze you with his juggling skills and you can join Tommy “Tom Tom” Buckets and his wild music style. Sign up for the Chalk the Block contest. The Kid’s Zone will be set up at the St. Michaels Library with puppet shows, hands-on activities and learning experiences for children of all ages. Fremont Street will be lined with dozens of vendors offering a wide-array of unique hand-made products, art and trend setting products.
