Throughout the years, Ms. Duvall has served customers in various positions, including customer service representative, commercial lines supervisor and office manager. Currently Ms. Duvall is the Training Manager where she trains employees on the software programs and the processes of the insurance industry. Ms. Duvall is licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance and has obtained designations to be a Certified Insurance Service Representative and a Certified Insurance Counselor.

In addition to Harmon, NFL players from Cleveland, Kansas City, Tennessee and coaches from Rutgers University all came together to host a one-day football camp for over 500 young adults. Duron Harmon and the other NFL players are all from Delaware, where the camp was held.

Nancy has an extensive banking background, including over 30 years in the industry. Ms. Bell has a bachelor’s degree in English from Franklin & Marshall College and a master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Loyola College. Nancy currently serves on the Board of the Samuel Ready Scholarship organization, which provides educational funding for deserving Baltimore City females.

Mr. Twilley began his career with Centreville National Bank in February of 1978. Mr. Twilley joined our lending team as a loan officer and continues to serve the community through his lending expertise today. Currently, Mr. Twilley is a Vice President, Commercial Lender, focusing on meeting customers personal and commercial lending needs. His office is located at our branch in Stevensville, MD.

Ralph graduated from Salisbury State College in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Mr. Twilley completed Maryland Bankers School in 1982. With the goal of continuing his education, he graduated from the Maryland Executive School of Banking in 2007.

Avon-Dixon Insurance Agency, member of the Shore Bancshares community of companies, recently donated $1,000 to CASA of the Mid-Shore. CASA of the Mid-Shore is a non-profit organization that allows for children to have an advocate within the court system due to abuse, neglect, abandonment or their parents’ inability to safely care for them. Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) are volunteers, much like Brandy Guy, who make it their mission to do all they can to ensure the child’s best interest is in mind.

Community support is a critical component to our ability to provide Court Appointed Special Advocates to every child who needs our advocacy in Talbot, Dorchester, Queen Anne’s, and Kent Counties,” says Robin Davenport.

Following the school visit, the St. Michael’s branch of Shore United Bank opened their doors to the 2^nd graders for a field trip for students to see behind the scenes of how a bank works and learn more about saving money.
