The Easton EDC is excited to announce the return of Chesapeake Fire & Ice, the two-day spectacular family-friendly ice carving festival on Friday, February 14, 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm & Saturday, February 15, 11:00 am – 8:00 pm, 2025.

This free event will once again feature interactive, larger-than-life sculptures made of solid ice, live ice carving demonstrations featuring the artists from IceLab, live music, and an outdoor ice skating rink. This year’s line-up also features Cascading Carlos, who will juggle fire and other props Friday night and Saturday afternoon in Thompson Park, and a fire trail featuring delicious bites, warm beverages, tasting events, sales, and live performances. Maps and festival information will be available online on the festival’s webpage www.discovereaston.com/fireandice, or picked up at the Easton Visitors Center, 11. South Harrison Street, Easton, MD.

“We are excited to show everyone what we have in store for 2025’s Chesapeake Fire & Ice,” stated Holly Dekarske, Executive Director of Eastin EDC. “Seeing downtown Easton filled with amazing icy art and different experiences highlights how fun our downtown is and makes this winter celebration something special for visitors and locals.”

Get in on the fun with a sponsorship! To sponsor an ice sculpture or other festival event feature, please contact Tom Maglio, Marketing and Events Manager for Easton EDC, via email at [email protected] or call 410-690-7348.
