The Church of the Holy Trinity, Oxford MD, is excited to welcome two long-time music friends for an afternoon of Jazz Standards and Holiday Jazz! Chuck and Robert Redd will be performing Sunday, November 30, 2025 at 3 p.m. in the Parish Hall of Holy Trinity, 502 S. Morris Street Oxford MD.

The Redd Brothers are familiar to many through their performances in Oxford, Easton, and Rock Hall along with their participation in the Jazz on the Chesapeake and Avalon Foundation festivals. Known internationally as performers, recording artists, music educators, and festival organizers the Redd Brothers are in high demand.

One can often find Chuck Redd performing on drums and vibraphone at jazz venues in Washington, D.C. and New York City, or headlining jazz festivals throughout the United States. Chuck has been the Musical Director of The Oregon Festival of American Music since 2019. Jazz cruises round out a busy performance schedule along with residencies at Jazz at Lincoln Center and Birdland.

Robert Redd is a current member of The Duke Ellington Orchestra, performing throughout the United States and abroad. He also is the pianist for The Wolf Trap Trio as well as performing often with The Smithsonian Jazz Masterworks Orchestra. When Robert is in the DC area, he performs regularly with the Brooks Tegler Trio Sunday evenings at The Irish Inn, Glen Echo MD. Every year Robert and Chuck Redd are featured artists with the W.C. Handy Music Festival in Alabama.

Please join us for an afternoon of holiday jazz music! For additional information, please contact [email protected] or 410-226-5134. There are no tickets or seating reservations. A freewill offering will be taken to defray artist expenses.
