CNB, a member of Shore Bancshares community of companies, is pleased to announce that Kelly Dickerson has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Bank Operations Officer.
Kelly will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the operations functions of the Bank to assure efficient workflows and appropriate controls in support of the Bank’s employee base and customer service areas. She also manages the oversight and coordination of various vendors providing information technology services, communications systems, and core processing services. Additionally, Kelly is responsible for promoting and providing training support for frontline staff.
Ms. Dickerson earned a bachelor’s degree in history from the Bridgewater College in 2002 and graduated from the Maryland Banking School in 2014. She also received certification as an Accredited ACH Professional in 2010. Ms. Dickerson began her career with CNB in November of 2008 as an Operations and Compliance Specialist. She was promoted to Bank Operations Officer in April of 2009.

Ms. Dickerson recently received the honor of being appointed to serve on the newly created Federal Reserve Secure Payments Task Force. Along with other industry experts, she will advise the Federal Reserve on payment security matters, coordinate with the Faster Payments Task Force and determine areas of focus and priorities for future action to advance payment system safety, security and resiliency.
Ms. Dickerson resides in Chestertown, MD with her significant other, David Cornelius. She is active in her community as a member of the Young Professionals of Kent County. She has been a member of the Goose Bump Jump CNB team for several years and also volunteers at many community and CNB supported events such as 5K races and county fairs.
