The ACME Market on Marlboro Avenue in Easton has been a long-time supporter of the food pantry run by the Society of St. Vincent de Paul Easton (SVdP). ACME donates food to the food pantry for distribution to needy citizens in our county. In 2020 the SVdP food pantry distributed nearly 1,000,000 pounds of food. Much of the food distributed is donated, but additional amounts must be purchased. The ACME Market store stepped up providing additional support with a check for $5000. This donation will go to purchase additional items for the food pantry.
Food pantry hours are 1pm-4pm on Tuesdays and 9am- noon on Saturdays. Information on the food pantry can be had by calling 410-770-4505.
