A Gala Fundraising event will open the third Annual “Heart & Music: An Evening in New York”, presented by the “Mental Health and Rape Crisis Center at For All Seasons, Inc.” Thursday, March 21, 2013. The Gala will feature the delicious catering services of Occasions Catering.   “Heart & Music” will also offer three regular priced performances on March 22, 23, & 24 2013. Tickets for the Gala are on sale now.

The 2013 production will feature songs from, in, of, around New York and by New Yorkers, interlaced with monologue stories of how clients have been assisted by the “Mental Health and Rape Crisis Center at For All Seasons, Inc.” in an endeavor to expand the knowledge of the work of FAS on the mid-shore.

Director Ed Langrell brings a talented cast from across the shore, including Gail Aveson, Jane Copple, Katie Cox, Maureen Curtin, Philip Dutton, Marcia Gilliam, Bill Gross, Ellen Barry Grunden, Beth Anne Langrell, Ed Langrell, Terron Quailes, Lisa Roth, Heather Scott, Sarah Snyder, John Swann, Karen Twigg, Joe Tyler, and Ricky Vitanovec. Music direction by Ellen Barry Grunden and David Zipse, percussion by Shelby Clendaniel, produced by Beth Anne Langrell and Lisa Roth, stage manager is Claire Gross, with choreography by Annie Pokrywka, sound design by Jon Hanbury, and lighting by Rick & Amber Vitanovec.

The mission of the Mental Health and Rape Crisis Center at For All Seasons, Inc. (FAS) is the provision of affordable, easily accessible mental health services for individuals, families and groups in our Mid-Shore community.  The sheltering umbrella of the FAS logo is a metaphor for the commitment to offer four main resources. These include Crisis intervention by providing 24-hour response, assistance, and support to individuals, groups and communities; Therapy to enable clients to function at their optimum; Advocacy to serve as a representative for individuals, groups, and the community to enhance their well-being; and Education to impact social problems by expanding knowledge.

Join the cast and community for the Friday, March 22 performance to salute all the high school, middle school, and community theaters in the area with a champagne and apple cider toast and dessert celebration. Families welcome. Adults $20, students with ID $5.

The third annual “Heart and Music” opens with a Gala Fundraiser on March 21 at 6:30 pm, tickets are $75.  Regular price performances, $20 adults and $5 students’ k-12, are Friday & Saturday, March 22 & 23 at 8pm, and Sunday, March 24 at 2pm. All shows are at the new location, the Oxford Community Center.  Call “For All Seasons” 410-822-1018 or visitwww.forallseasonsinc.org for information and to reserve your seats for an evening in New York.
